OUR GUARANTEE

Animals will be guaranteed for up to 48 hours after leaving our facility. We will only sell animals that are completely healthy and eating well, but we cannot control the care of the animal once it is out of our care. We are always available by phone and email to answer any questions or concerns you have. We offer support on the animal for its lifetime. We do our best to sex the animals correctly. They will be eating well and represented accurately. If for some reason there are any problems, for example, a snake is incorrectly sexed, it must be brought to our attention immediately. It is ultimately your responsibility to confirm the sex of the animal upon arrival. We want you to be happy with any animal you get from us, so if there is a problem call us at 914 924 7302
